Porter for the Summer
A porter based off my Porn Star Porter recipe from a few years ago. Now that was a tasty beer! I made some adjustments. I don’t have the Gambrinus ESB malt so I substituted Vienna malt. I’m also trying to use up the smoked wheat malt. It’s old and much of the smoke has faded. It lands a bit dark for a porter.

IPA Summer 2024
Kind of a hybrid of a east & west coast IPA. The malt bill includes lots of wheat and oats. The hopping used home grown Chinook hops as a base and dry hopped with Galaxy, Sabro & Azacca cryo.

Rhubarb Wheat – 2024
I’ve brewed this a few times. There are probably some minor adjustments. Always a refreshing drink in the summer.

SMASH – Vienna/Chinook
This was intended to be a SMASH with Makers Malt Vienna and home grown Chinook hops. I ended up dry hopping it with some Azacca cryo hop I picked up. Quite tasty

Clap for the Wolfman – Pale Lager
A simple pale lager using lots of flaked corn and a bit of rye flakes. Very tasty!
